Tiger Stripe removal?

The Strider knife I've been looking to buy only comes with a Tiger Striped blade, which I don't care for. How hard is it to remove the striping? And what would be the best method other than bead blasting? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would send it to someone for a stonewash, that way you have a nice uniform finish
