Was out walking the pup last evening and as it was late and dark, I chose not to cover the little Strider blade AZGlock21 sent me. Being the hopeless addict to lovely grind lines and purpose-designed edgewear, I could not help but remove the blade from its sheath and wonder at how the tiger pattern, even in full glow of the streetlamps is all but an invisible shadow with a beautiful silver line along the edge.
The blade itself just disappears into the night. Mick and Duane, thank you. Maybe it was the hard workout (many many joyous hard THWOPs into thin mat on concrete) or the fact that dinner was still a possibility rather than reality, but the DB just made itself a little better looking in the midnight air.
Yes, that was me previously who thought the Tiger was silly looking. It really needs to be (not?) seen up close.
