Not many would mess around with one of Emerson's greatest production folders, but I just couldn't resist.

Gave the HD-7 and oxygen bath and it turned out great.

Time to dismantle: 3 min.
Oxygen bath: 25 min.
Cleaning and reassembling time: 6 min.

Total time: Little more than 30 minutes to put some badass stripes on.

Enjoy!

Good job there bro , I too love to 'pimp' my goodies , if possible.
Also i wish I took good pics like that , most of mine sort of suck.

Thanks for the complement.
I used to take crappy pics too, but I just had to change the way I took them and now they are coming out much better, like using the right light and making the right settings on my camera. I am presently purchasing a simple set-up for better pics.

D.H. those are nice stripes.

D.H., Thank you for the photo of your set-up. It's probably the winner for a "Cheapest Ever Effective Ingenious Diffuser" award. ;) :D I put a link to that pic in the knife photography thread from my sig.

Care to elaborate on the Setup to do this?

I was unaware that 154 CM steel was able to be Oxygenized with those results
