Was just at eki site and the signature series tiger is back in stock.

Thanks folks at EKI!

Almost picked one of these up but spent too much money on knives lately and looks pretty similar to the Combat System Fighter I just picked up. Love these knives though!

Blade is very similar to CSF, feel is dramatically different. Not better or worse, just very different.

The CSF and Tiger have identical blades. Its just the handle is different. The Tiger has the CQC13 handle and the CSF has more of a Roadhouse handle. Both have the lowered belly that make them the ultimate Emerson fighting design. Both took the legendary CQC8 and improved the design to make a incredable evolution.
Both should make a great EDC slicer as well.

Actually the Tiger blade is a bit longer and more upswept, and the swedge on the CSF is a bit deeper. As for grip, the CSF and standard size Roadhouse appear pretty much identical, while the 13 and Tiger share shape but the Tiger is single detent while the 13 has dual Safe-T-detent.

Good eye. I see it now when they are all layed out. The folks at Emerson said the blades were the same. Perhaps they ment same shape . It looks like the belly of the Tiger is lower / wider than the CSF.
I have a few new Emerson knives coming and a SW Tiger is one of them. I was always a fan of the cqc13 handle so the Tiger was the obvious choice for me over the CSF. I suspect the Tiger will push my Jungle CQC8 out of top EDC.
