Tight pivot screw, Kwaiken

I got a Ti mini kwaiken, planning on doing some anodization work on it, but the blasted pivot screw is cemented in there. I haven't tried boiling it just yet, don't want to strip it any more than I have. I've been using the scales as like a wrench, turning it around but no cigar. I'm hoping I can buy some replacement pivot screws from boker to replace the one I messed up.

I have sympathy for your problem, but I'm wondering just how this fits in the Custom and Handmade forum since it sounds like you are going to try to modify a factory produced knife??? Seems like the Maintenance , Tinkering and Embellishment Forum would be a better choice to get advice.
