Tight/unopenable blade

I recently picked up a schrade cigar whittler, and the secondary blades on it were very stiff and difficult to open. I did a search, and ended up trying to wash it out, and oiling it. The one blade is now possible to open (although still a tad tighter than preferred), but the other remains nearly impossible to open. I'm not sure what else to try on it. The oil I used was just mineral oil. Any suggestions on how to loosen it up, or is it just going to be that way?

I'd blast some air intake cleaner in there then try and open it however is possible with like a cloth wrapped around some needle nose and once it's out work it open and closed and blast some more and then use whatever lube you normally use for it and work it in some more
