I'm not aware of any stockman knives with screws rather than pins (maybe a custom?) but I have had some success with tightening out a little blade wiggle by sandwiching the bolsters in leather, placing the knife on an anvil and tapping the side of the bolster lightly with a hammer. Others use vices for the same effect. Go slowly! Keep in mind that this only works with through-and-through pins; some of the older Schrade USA's used a "swinden key" construction where the pin isn't exposed and therefore can't be tightened.

No problem. I know I didn't REALLY answer your question, and you may have known the vice trick already--but I felt like it was relevant.

I've never seen one. I've never needed one. Of the stockman knives I have bought in the last 10 years (must be about a dozen and a half or so), none has had any blade play. That would include Camillus, Buck, Utica, Case, and US-made Schrades.
