Picked up a somewhat used 34OT yesterday, the main blade has been fairly well used, and is loose. The spey blade is tight and the sheepsfoot isn't too loose, any pointers on how to tighten up the blades? Lots of horizontal wiggle. Thanks.

There is some guys here that will get you fixed up real quick there real pro's so id probablly take there advice first but you can use wood blocks or towels in a vice or both or use a punch and tighten it up but let these guys get a little more specific and they will get you all fixed up. by the way I see you found that 34ot you had been looking for good for you. And I know we cant try to sell stuff here and Im not trying to do that but more so to help you out I just found a hardware store with old timers on clearance and I bought a bunch of 33 and 34 ot's new in the box for around $15 bucks I would happily hook you up with one for what I bought them for, or a trade, you can e-mail me if you ever need another one.- Joel

Hi SHS, it's hard to tighten up the horizontal play on keyhole construction knives, sometimes strengthening the spring will help, but not always
