tightening up a Buck Odyssey?

Just got a Buck Odyssey in the mail that has a little side to side blade play in it.

Is there a special tool to tighten the pivot? One side is flat, other has two half circle cut outs on opposite sides of the diameter. I'm guessing some special wrench fits them and tightens/loosens the pivot??

I got a pair of cheap needle nose pliers and used a dremel grinding stone on the tips until they were small enough to fit in the holes and used them to adjust the pivot. I would imagine that a snap ring tool would work also. Lots of options, just need to use your imagination.

I've used thumb tacks and cut pieces of paper clip for things like that before combined with a pair of pliers. It is far from ideal, what tiguy7 suggested will probably be significantly better.

Imagination and lock ring pliers I got.
Sometimes the results aren't too pretty when I use them.
I also have stropping compound and superfine sandpaper, so I guess over time I can fix the results.
Thanks for the help.
