Finally got this one done. Took me most of today and a few hours from yesterday to get it all cleaned up. Full convex grind .20 stock with a zero convex edge. Top swedge is fully sharpened as well. This one weights in at a mere 1lb 1.8oz which is .1oz heavier than the previous prototype. Close enough ;) Ultra fast and ultra sharp! Whats there not to like?

I have gotten requests for BT3s but this is the first time someone asked for one in a Chisel Grind. I mainly use chisel grinds on my smaller Pikals or Hawkbills.

Yeah it is best to finish it as best you can before HT. Even then it is a pain just to remove the decarb.
