Here are a few pictures of some of my work. The two slipjoints pictured are #2 and #3. Although I'm just beginning my journey into building slipjoints and the learning process that goes along with it, they have become my addiction! I like making knives that I would use, so they usually tend to be more traditional style.

Nice! Are you going to continue to make fixed blade knives too, Tim?

Thanks for looking Melvin... I'm not real sure. I will probably do a few now and then but I've really got the bug for the slipjoints. They are giving me absolute fits but I enjoy making them. I'm trying to find more fixed blade pics but we had a HD crash and I think they were all on there. That top fixed blade is a pattern I've made a few times. It was actually one of the first patterns I made and everyone that sees it loves it. Its a pretty handy knife around camp. Most (all except maybe one or two) have been a traditional style with wood handles and leather sheaths.

If I find any more pics I'll post them. They may just be crappy cell phone shots but it will be an idea of what I've done before.

Thank you Sir. I'm getting some projects finished up and then I'll be back on the folders her in the next few weeks.

Thank you Sir. I'm just getting started in the slipjoint world. A lot still to learn but it's been a lot of fun.

I'll be following.

Very nice Tim. I really like the looks of the last one pictured there.

Thanks fellows. Working on a couple Skinners that I promised a while back then I'll be back at the slippies. My magic 8 ball says for a sodbuster in the future: " all signs point to hopefully yes"

^ wow my autocorrect doesn't have much confidence in me....it added the hopefully.

Looking good there! I like your pocket knives, I always meant to get into them, but never did. IMHO, there's much more money for a maker in folders than fixed blades.

Thanks David. I say go for it. They are somewhat addictive once you start making them. They are a challenge but not as hard as I thought, just different challenges from fixed blades. I'm still really new at it but if you want to give it a try and I can help you out in any way let me know.

Lol. Who knows, Tim, I might walk into my shop one day and do exactly that. Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on it.

Thanks fellas. I'm finishing up a few fixed blades and I'll be back at the folders.
