Sad to see him go, always thought he was fairly good at calling both sides out for their games.

I'll miss his white eraser board on election day. I'm sad to see him go. He was a great man.

Tim had a passion for the Political Electorate process. You could see it in his eyes. He would get all excited...a real "Election nerd" I loved to watch him not only for his commentary but for his passion for what he loved.

Should it not be said that for all of us to have such a passion with our chosen vocation? What Tim did was more than just a Job. He made the electorate process fun and engaging for so many ( like me who were fed up with politics)

my favorite memory of him was when he had his eraser board out with Tom Brokaw and someone had written in the bottom corner..I "heart" Jennifer Anniston..he grinned and blushed like a school boy but took the practical joke so well..

I for one will sorely miss him. Prayers sent to his family and friends.

Tim Russert had the best stories about his Father and himself, I thought that Russert was the guy next door who had a passion for politics and people.

I used to listen to him on Imus in the morning all of the time. I liked him; he seemed hard nosed but fair and not a blow hard. He appeared to be one of those folks that are universally respected.

I also figured that if Tim Russert was on Imus all of the time, Imus couldn't be all bad!
