A preview of another of the many possible finishes of this remarkable material.
Focus is on the handle, all work done by Tom Ferry.
I think this new product will go far.
I apologise if the photo is not up to par, but I wanted to give the members here a look at this great stuff, and my computer capabilities are somewhat lacking.

Wow, that's very interesting stuff! What will it's price be relative to regular titanium, a lot more?
 
Bladezealot posted a picture of a TnT with a Timascus handle not too long ago. Seeing as he uses it, it must cost a fortune :p .

Timascus is forged pattern welded titanium. The prices are not set yet. Because of the processes and materials involved it will cost more than plain 6-4 titanium.

Tom Ferry makes incredible knives. With this fighter it is easy to get lost looking at the damascus pattern on the blade and forget about the handle.
 
The most surprising thing about that knife is when you pick it up. I expected it to be a little handle heavy - but it's Timascus, not a stainless or carbon Damascus - very light! It is a pretty cool knife to say the least!
