I tell you all I have a 2.90 wortac and an envoy and they are 2 of the most dependable knives I own. AUS8 steel..soso....but tight lockup...absolutely no blade play...thick liners and bushings for real smooth operation. Anybody else got any they've had that good a luck with.....paul

I have three of the Neely Lock TimberLite knives from a few years back. Although I've heard gripes about the lock design, the knives are all very well-made.

I also have one of the Timberline/Camillus "Pilot Survival Knives". It's very cheaply made and anyone who mistook it for a real SpecWar would be sadly mistaken.

Best Wishes,

I have a tanto envoy. I got it a few years ago and carried it for a long time. I never used it for heavy cutting, but it was comfortable to carry, quick to draw, and slick to deploy. It was my first tanto blade, and my first disc opener.
