Timberline knife ?

Are they a decent knife maker?

Any feedback on the Kelly Worden Tactical knife (model 11291) and the Mini Pit Bull (model 7221)?

I appreciate the feedback.

I have the large Worden (WORTAC) and it's a fantastic knife for the money! Quality, fit and finish were all nice. Practically Benchmade quality really. Even though it was made to be a fighter, it makes a great working knife. they're nice and strong and that big handle is great for banging on things with too. It's one of the fewer inexpensive productions that never made it into my trade pool. Get the WORTAC. You won't be disappointed. In fact, I've often thought of getting it's smaller twin just for kicks.

Got the Zambezi. Great user knife. It's well designed, and everything has clean, crisp lines.

I have a worden supreme (wood) and I have to say it is a comfortable knife. It is my EDC right now along with a more sheeple friendly knife for the grunt work. The fit and finish are great and for the price it is a great knife.I collect large tactical folders right now and it is one of my favorites.I havent held the medium version but have been thinking of taking a look to replace my sheeple friendly carry. I would have to say go for it...................RB

I believe many of their higher end knives are designed by other companies. For example, Timberline advertises that their Special Service knife is by Spyderco.

I still own the SpecWar. Nice design. Nice knife. Not very functional for my needs unless I am planning on joining the SEAL's or SAS. It was a collectors piece for me and I couldn't bring myself to use it as a camp or hiking knife. Thing was damn sharp, though! :D
