Nothing, I can't think of too many knives at that price point that would be a whole lot better. For 15 more dollars you could step up to the EDC, but for an inexpensive knife it doesn't look bad. I don't have one though, so perhaps others would know more about this particular knife.
 
Looks like a decent knife to me. AUS-8 is a good steel IMHO.
 
Ive got 2 different, a polished & fileworked one,& a polished & d/a one, they are real nice. i thought they were coming out with an assisted opening one called the kickstart, i guess it hasnt materialized yet......
 
Good knife for the money. The Kickstart has never materialized due to I believe patent arguments.
 
I had one gave it to a friend. I was pretty impressed for the $$. The handle was very comfortable and AUS8 is good enough for every day carry. The only very small complaint was that the knife was kinda heavy in the handle. But overall I think it is a great knife that is often overlooked.
