I recently got a couple of Timberline knives and I think they are great. I got the Kelly Worden and the Envoy. I was just wondering if there was anything I should watch for on these. They seem to be well made even though the "Great American Knife Company" had them made in Taiwan. I never seem to hear a lot about these knives so anyone else's experiance with these would be appreciated.

I am also surprised that we don't see more about Timberline here. They seem to fit a niche similar to CRKT, but get a lot less attention and respect. I am very pleased with my Worden Tactical Supreme. Great design, decent materials, well made, and practical.

The Worden Supreme is the larger one right? That's also the one I have. It fits my hand perfectly and for about 40 bucks it wasnt a bad price. Been picking up tactical folders since with summer it is harder to carry my fixed blades.

Mine is the larger one that came with synthetic Winewood scales and an AUS-8 blade. Nice looking as well as functional.

I'm not familiar with the Timberline knives you mentioned, but I did buy a pair of Timberline Mini Pit Bulls designed by Greg Lightfoot, and I think they're great. They're miniscule fixed-blade knives. They really look like a bigger knife shrunk down by a shrink ray, but they're still quite good-feeling in the hand, and the blades are of a respectable thickness.

I put a post-purchase edge on them (knives hardly ever come with an edge that satisfies me) and now they are about my sharpest knives. They even come with good sheaths.

For under $30, I think they are hard to beat.

Yah the Pitbull looked cool. What is that one made of(steel wise),Still need to find a Sharp small fixed.:D
