Time for a new one for me

I did something dumb. I traded off 2 Queen slippies I didn't know I liked until after they were gone. A #9 Stockman and a 1095 Canoe. Now I want them back (sort of). I've never had a Case Canoe or a Case Stockman and I wonder if they are still good knives?

I've heard mixed reviews on the new stuff from Case. I know the old stuff is really nice.

What say you? Can I really go wrong with either Queen or Case? I'm thinking not.

I think the queen is a little better than the new cases. Especially the Queens in 1095 that I have seen.

There's a whole lot of older cases on ebay, but I can't afford any of them! I did just snag a fair deal a two blade red bone stockman from 1965-69 though... the one that looks like a serpentine jack. Can't wait for it to get here!

BW- I have one of the 1095 Queen Canoes in anitque green that I might trade you for a 32 or 18 Case with CV blades if you have one and am interested. It is slightly used and has been properly cared for. Let me know...
