4" and 7" Folding Hunters

6 Schrade and Two Imperial

Sunburst - That Northwoods stag ... gorgeous.

Nice knives sunburst, love that stag. I've got my eye on a Boker w/ stag almost as nice, but I have been on a small binge lately and really should cool it for a while. :(

The Schrade 1250T is one I've had for a while. Put it away soon after I got it, because it looked a little rough from sitting around a long time and just didn't impress me much. Pulled it out one day on a whim, cleaned it up and had one of those "what were you thinking" moments, it was way better than I had thought. In about ten minutes it was a razor and in my pocket.:)

thawk: Nice collection. Please tell me, what are the model numbers of the first two 4 inchers on the left?

A Cold Steel Folding Hunter (made by Camillus, Carbon V blades) with red jigged bone scales replacing the original faux black bone:

The Old Timer is a 123OT. Right next to it, and the third one are 124UH, the Uncle Henry version. #2 has Elk handles put on by Caleb Reynolds. Some know him as Muskrat Man.

Thanks thawk

Blues: I've seen that pic before but could not find the thread. Can you say who did the scale work for you?

I can. The same individual as mentioned in thawk's reply.

OOH OOH Can I join the fun, I LOVE folding hunters!:DPlease forgive my bad photography, too much glare, but I can't get a good picture with flash and no good outside backgrounds. These are left to right in picture number one: Bulldog (Olbertz) brown bone carbon steel, Weidsmansheil (Olbertz) stag carbon steel, Schrade 25OT carbon steel and brown delrin, Hen & Rooster (Boker) red jigged bone stainless, 1960's Case XX jigged wood and cv, 1992 Case stag stainless, 2004 Case jigged wood stainless, and a Queen #39 Carved Stag Bone D2 which I torched a bit and polished to change the color.
