Greetings sword fans and aficionados,

Presented for your amusement is a time-lapse video of grinding a forged beta titanium alloy sword billet into its basic shape in preparation for HT. It needs just a few little touch-ups and it's ready for some heat! At the video's end, this sword is 32" in total length, with a 24" blunt edge.

Ha! Good, I know the second one is kinda dumb compared to the first one.
 
Five hours on the grinder makes them feel pretty ignorant! :D

Those belts aren't dead yet. And that sword isn't done getting grinded on. Need to get rid of some zombie belts, they're adding up.

Whatever it takes to bring these titanium swords to life! There is a long list of swords that simply must be made out of this alloy.
