Time-outs trying to post a reply in general

About 12:00 I tried to post a reply to a thread in the general forum and it timed out and I got an error 404. Tried again; it timed out again. I was only trying to post a brief message "Moving to the Political Arena...." before moving the thread. Next I tried moving it first and then posting -- that worked. A few minutes before I posted a reply in Gadgets & Gear with no problem.

Maybe it's time to create another general forum archive?

I just got one of those "Server is too Busy" things happening. With the new servers this just shouldn't be, should it?
