I got my two S90V Mainx 2's yesterday. Both happen to be perfect specimens in all aspects (Thank you Tom Berry!).

Dang, I might like the Manix 2 in this iteration more than my Militarys!

Light, large enough, the lock rocks and the F&F is top notch . . . And the ergos are magnificent . . .

I've been thinking about off loading my s90V Military and BG42 before I got these because they're NIB safe queens and now I may just have to post them.

Like many of us, the attraction to a "tactical" look has faded in me over the knife maturation process I've been going through but I really love this new Manix 2 in S90V! They're really nice and dare I say, sexy?

Tough decision. I know when I got the Chinook, it didn't replace my Military, but it does rotate with it. At least keep the BG-42. That is a very special blade.

If they are "safe queens", you're not really missing anything if you sell them, as a knife needs to be used to fully appreciate a given design/material combination. Though ownership has its rewards.

Still, I'd recommend keeping one of them as you may eventually decide the extra bladelength to be desireable.

I agree. Knives take up very little room. And, the good ones appreciate.

I agree the BG-42 is a special blade. I should quantify what I said by saying I still have two oranges, a black S30V and a D2 Millie

:)

Yep, the Manix S90V is just that good. I have never seen such a sharp edge out of the box, and the fit and finish is better than that of any production knife costing double the price.
I am still not sold 100% on the Ball Lock but I guess I still have to get used to it.
Now, does that make me want to sell my 3 CF Millies? Of course not! What are you thinking?!

i love everything but the lock. Too difficult to disengage with one hand imo. Para mil ftw=P

I say keep 'em both. :D

I have a D2, four in orange, and one in S90V. I'm hanging onto them until the collectors come for my knees.
