not too much point in a bladeless knife.....a bottle opener isn't going to cut your seatbelt off you on the plane, or help you build a shelter if you survive a crash....either get smart and figure out how to get a real knife on with you (and take the resulting risks) or don't fly...
 
It's simply not worth trying to smuggle on a blade, forget about it!

And if the plane crashes and you survive there will be plenty of stuff to make a shelter from. Besides, you can have an entire tool kit, ax, and saw in your checked baggage-- just not your carry on baggage.
