Time to teflon my pivots

Hey guys, I think it is time for me to begin to put teflon on my super comm's pivot. It becomes lose after three or four openings now. I was just wondering what type of teflon is preferred? Should I use teflon tape or a liquid teflon?

teflon tape works great, and is more easily removed if you change your mind later.
 
I just did the teflon job this morning and this knife is better now than it was when I first got it more than a year ago. I am currently in the process of doing this with all my Emersons of which there are 6 and most of them unused. I'm not going to screw around any more, Ernest should really think about doing this right off the assembly line, it works very well.:thumbup:
