Time zone help

Help, I've been on for a while and just can't seem to get the time setting correct. I live in central Illinois about 30 miles from St. Louis, MO. Anyone in this same time zone, which zone did you pick in the settings?

Thanks Legion, I just changed it to central and now it says you posted at 06:23 PM. Right now it's only 5:51 PM.
