Timothy is back in for some tests. The suregeon is concerned about other potential complications in his digestive tract. The surgeon warned us that he may need another surgery, and if so Tim will need a colstomy bag for some months perhaps, worst case scenario would be indefinitely. :(

When I left Timothy and his mom at the hospital, he looked fine, other than no food for a while.

nevertheless, we are still a blessed family. :) The more that seems to go bad, the more I love the little guy...

Thanks for all your prayers and support!

It's been hard to participate, and check up on everyone elses needs, but I know you all understand.

Take care,

Tom

Damn! :( :grumpy: Tom I really hate to hear this news and will send Smoke for Timothy's complete healing in a good and gentle way. With our situation with Jessica you know I understand.:(

Don't worry about the bunch here, just keep us in your prayers however they go and take care of you and yours. Family is the most important thing always.

Tom, what has happened I used to fear the most. Somehow, in having 3 sons I lost most of that. I realized I'd changed, and any child God gave me I could only love. I've heard and read over and over again that the special needs children like yours (Mongoloid) give a love that is unprecedented in this world. Not many who experience it ever regret it. I admire you so much for your positive attitude and wisdom. I look up to you.

Bless you.

Later, I know there are new therapies for these kids that allow them to excel way beyond what was previously thought possible. There are dietary restrictions that seem to help. I haven't read the literature in 10 years though.

I think you must be about one of the best Dads this planet offers- the best parents, you and your wife.
