Maybe the best thing to do is just make one every couple of weeks to post for those "spur of the moment buyers."
 
I think if you had one or two ready to ship, they would sell quicker than you would notice.

To keep any form of corrosion at bay, store them in a cigar box with 2 packets of dry desiccant. If they keep my channel locks rust free, they will keep a new knife clean.
 
I just put a coat of car wax on any knife in storage. I'm also going to offer the Tin Knife with a wharncliff blade.
 
I really like the new style tin knives and hope to get one but I spent my "toy allowance" for the moment.(I have a weakness for old Rugers)
 
I'm going to have two Tin Knives ready later this week, one standard and one wharncliff, for $45 each.
 
Wow, after seeing that wharnie, I'm going to have to hold out for one. Is this list for both proflies?

I'm getting danged tired of coming up with good knife ideas, sketching things out, and then later finding that they already exist!!!

I have three sketches that are scarily similar to you tin knives.
Luckily they aren't identical.
