So I am out of steel until my shipment arrives tomorrow or Friday and am bored! I have a couple cut off pieces of steel left so I was thinking about making a couple altoids tin knives. Would you like to see them bare with holes for cord wrapping or with handles? Im not going to draw anything out Im just gonna start grinding and see what comes out of it. I was thinking maybe a drop point and a skinner blade but a wharnie might be nice too, just not as versatile in a small blade. Give me some ideas!

I wanna see a small clip point blade, with a deep belly. No handles, just skeletonized.... that would be sweet.

Hay Chris, just wondering if you were able to do anything with that piece of steel I gave you, or was it better suited as a target? LOL

Hey Wilson, I think Im going to cut it and bend it to use as a jig for scandi grinds. We will see how it works out.

Let me know if you need some more, I get some pieces from time to time.

drop point with lashing holes - no scales = mmmmmmmmmmmmmm goood!

Drop point, polished feed ramp, titanium guide rod, bevel the magazine well, oversize, uh-oh, uh, sorry 'bout that, wrong forum again . . . . :D
(damn, knives and guns, guns and knives, how are you supposed to keep it all straight???)
Chris, just make the damn thing scary sharp, I'll leave the rest of it up to you and your great ideas and designs . . . . haven't failed you yet my good man . . . .
Be safe.
