Hope this is the correct area.

Retired and in my early 50's a life long knife nut.

Decided to take my skills from years by and reapply them in the knife tinkering world.

Starting out finishing up some mod work I've started before tooling, have a Dogbite Bali kit on bench. Going to take a "stab" at grinding a knife or three. :)

Storage room / Pantry to work shop in 2 weeks flat. :D

It's a small area, but set up efficiently, against the window wall a small bench to come too.

Very nice use of space. We'll done. I have a relatively large shop, and it is so disorganized. I could learn a thing or two from you.

Thanks guys been a lot of hard work in a short amount of time. Since I retired have wanted a small shop area.

Willie, we live in a small home, don't have a garage just a carport.

The back room is a small pantry/washroom and was a storage area. I've reclaimed the storage area part. I'm sure it's not going to look this "fresh" down the road.

But my OCD will keep it organized. :p

I dig that set up. It looks clean Glenn.
What are you going to be working on first, or have you started working on?

Thanks Rev, see post one, I've got some left over mod work I was doing, a dogbite bali kit, and I'm going top give a shot at some knives.

Well have to love my Mailman, he and I always chat. he's a wood worker of sorts. Last week showed him my shop he told me he had a reciprocating scroll saw that was not in use and asked me if I had a need.

I stated well I'm really looking for something to cut metal but have other stuff to cut G10 etc.

Today he swung by, popped the trunk of his car and said Happy Easter !

I won't look a gift SAW in the mouth. :D

Not sure if it will manage metals, but sure as heck going to tear up a few blades trying.
