Tinkeritus has hit me anyone else?

I’ve been on a tinkering spree lately. I’ve sharpened I think everyone in the neighborhoods kitchen knives the last few days. I upgraded a few of my knives to skiff bearings and I gotta say while it may not be a huge improvement over the factory bearings the extra ball bearings do reduce stress on the pivot. I have an automotive background and typically higher quality bearings and more in the race last longer due to less stress at least that’s my experience with Toyotas. Anyway after a week of playing around with it I put some skiffs in my Giantmouse Ace Grand orange G10 and it has become a favorite. The Elmax is awesome and that flat saber grind is like a razor. What else has anyone else been tinkering with. Also does anyone have any input on the taco bearings? Hope all is well.
