One of my customers wanted a neck knife size version of the Canadian Belt Knife I made him, so this is what we came up with. It measures 5 1/2" overall, with a 2 1/2" blade, and has maple burl with brass pins. I enjoy making these little ones.

Here it is with the full size pattern.

Holding it in my "hand model" hand.

That looks like a nice little slicer for pocket or neck carry.

What steel were you working with?

i think that handle shape will work well to make a small knife even more utilitarian, i like it :)

Very nice. I love small FBs

Great little knife, JK! I'm a huge fan of small fixed blades.

I like the size and lines of this very much, as well as the maple handle. Very nicely done!

Thanks for posting it here. :)

I love it!

I have a great appreciation of pocket fixed blades. Is it 1/8 inch stiock? I could see myself carrying that.

Carl.

I'm betting that that would be a great little whittling blade. The handle looks comfy.
