Tip Handle Pin Drilling

When drilling pin holes I use the fibreglas double sided tape to hold the scale in place during drilling.

In order to get the holes to line up properly I leave the first scale taped in place, tape the second in place, and drill the second scale going through the first scale, tang, and the second scale. This avoids problems with slight misalignment which cause problems during assembly.
