For milling stuff like pearl carbon fiber.. If you want an exact fit to the square slot you have in the handle... Glue it to peg board, clamp the peg board down to a plate , then mill it to length.. works great.

well darrel..i have to tell you that i clicked on this cause i felt bad that you had no responses..but honestly...i have no idea what you are talking about...need more detailed/simple explaination....what square slot?

um, run that buy me again. are you talking about using a milling machine, or stock removal on handles, or something of the sort.
 
Are you talking about cutting the materials to fit a recess in the handle as an insert?
