This one is mainly for thsoe who are married or living with someone

When sawing or sanding a "distinctly" colored wood like red heart, do NOT casually walk through the sawdust and then over the carpet, etc. Leaves some VERY noticable footprints in the carpet, as I just learned, and likely to get you in trouble. :)

etp, I see I am not the only one that has done that! Relax,it won't be the last time, either! It is totally accidental, but it happens. Just tell her an old wise Indian told you this. Well, maybe old.

My wife is pretty cool about messes I make, but she hates the smell of G-10... So I dont get many hugs and kisses after making handles..:)

I used to turn a ton of bowls. Captain Nemo, my faithful shop buddy, used to lay in the shavings on the other side of the lathe. There were days when he would get completely covered, all the while snoozing away, probably dreaming of chasing squirrels (his favorite pastime). I thought it was pretty funny until my wife yelled at me for not making him shake it all off before coming in the house.

The worst lecture I ever got on the subject was when I was making something out of Red Heart and went somewhere with my daughter in her new car. According to her, I left red "Hiney Prints" on her seat!:o

Well, if you had passed gas during that ride, you would have left a printed record of that, too! LOL!
