Only Cold Steel can answer that. Might be easier just to sharpen it out yourself, if it's just a millimeter. www.coldsteel.com has contact info.

Fastest and cheapest thing to do in your situation,is to go to your local knifedealer or some work shop to have it sharpened by a craftsman. I am sure it will cost you only 2$ to fix this little damage,and with an electrical sharpener they will fix it just as if it was new.
Outherwise,you have to pay shipping cost and have a long wait if you choose to send it to Cold Steels facility.
