Blood!
No blood if you carry it in your right front pocket with the blade spine pressed right up against the back edge of your pocket. Now your hand goes into the pocket on the opposite side of the knife that the blade opens from, and even if the blade tried to open the pocket edge would hold it shut. =P

That's exactly how I carry it. You need only slide your thumb into your pocket and keep your pointer on the outside of your pants to grip it out. I don't even come close to the tip if such a thing were to happen. I also apply a moderate preload on the bolts which requires some effort to close it. Its not opening unless I want it to.
