It seems there are lot's of you guy's there having some problems in Customs. I have some tip's for you when buying balisongs specially when ordering from other countries.

1) Do not order balisongs in volume. You should only get one or two pieces.

2) Don't have it declared as balisong or butterfly knives on it's invoice. For me I use Novelty for it's declaration.

3) Have it declared under US100.00. If possible "no commercial value" and as gifts.

4) Use express couriers UPS, DHL, FEDEX.

This tip's are no guaranties, but for me it work's 99.9%

Excellent tips from an experienced source. I now that FedEx is particularly good at negotiating customs details.
