I have wanted a BK16 since I first saw them and frankly I have been getting tired of waiting. So a few weeks ago I started making my own knife that would fall between my BK2 and my bushlore I call it the Ohio Woodsman.

I will still probably end up getting a BK16 this summer because I love the look of it so much, but I am hoping this knife will work out nicely. I just finished it last night and didn't get a chance to take it out today. I am planning to get out next weekend and work it out.

Looks good man. I outta make another one sometime. Hey, If you want me to re work those acacia wood scales on your BK2 lemme know. I use a caliper now to measure thickness from scale to scale and I can keep them 1/64 with Ka bar specs. It's just painful sometimes to my older work.
