Nice! First neem wood Rose I've ever laid eyes on. And a gorgeous farm knife. Best one so far to my eye. Like that one.

Ooh that's a nice rose, looks nice in neem. Good to see different handles coming out of the factory, spice things up a bit!

Every time I see a farm knife I start thinking of reasons and scenarios where I need one...lol...I don't have a cleaver for the kitchen...:D

Normally I don't much care for the look of Neem, but that Rose looks quite nice with Neem. I plan one day to have a good Bowie in a carryable size, and a bigger Bowie as well. The Cherokee Rose currently occupies the spot of "big bowie to have".

I an really digging that Tirtha Cherokee, but alas, the toothless shark is just taking a gander, and moving on.

oh my, A Farmer and a Rose both Tirtha. It is not a good time to be toothless but alas such is the case.

I'm glad I've made up my mind for another custom knife as that thought keeps my bank account intact for the moment. I do admire that farm knife.

I would like to say one thing about both style of knives now that i have received mine.(Apologies if i am using the wrong terminology). On the Rose that Back Edge of the tip is sharpened(not a false edge)

And the Would i be correct in saying that the Farm knife, the Blade is a Wedge Shape? (instead of a symetrical V its more like \|)

That sharp back edge on the Rose keeps ya on your toes don't it. I was kind of surprised first one I held. I make a special effort to remember that fact as mine is really sharp.

I wouldn't even call the Farm Knife a wedge, it's more like a cleaver. They sure are growing on me.

Its a good thing I got that CRS disease because everytime I see that CR i get reminded for a short moment ....uh..hmmm? OH yeah..I dont have one. After seeing Mr.B's in the mirror Ah anyway forgot what I was going to say. Neem is Khul!

Also i dont know if this should be in the Cantina. But what Can i Use These Two Knives For? Could i go and hack at a log with these knives like i would with my M43(which is also a Beauty!).

EMS and Done Deal received on the Farm Knife, I can't believe it was still there.

Whassamatta wit youse guys, sleeping or something?

Yeah, I know, toothless...well me too, but I'm gonna gum this to death.:D

Jersey boy?

Me, I have permanent gum damage but I still do the best I can. Someday when my canoe comes in, just watch out.

I hope to string triangle boxes from here to the Mississippi and when I get there I'll start on the other side.

I can't put my finger on it but for some reason that farm knife is my favorite so far, seems just right. Do enjoy it.

farm knife is well worth it, I love mine, and it is the first knife I am trying to make my own scales !-- if I was not obligated to the elk knife I would certainly pick another one up

Nope, lifelong Washington resident, minus 3 years in the .mil...think I was channeling Joe Pesci there for a minute, I don't have a clue why ;)

So, farm knife (finally) ticked off the list...now I have to save up for my biggest remaining 'gotta have', a Seax, but I'm seriously considering going custom on that one, want something closer to a Langseax. Maybe 16-18'' of blade with a slightly narrower profile, and a slightly longer grip, because I have orang-utan hands.

The farm knife...yeah, once I saw it wasn't already claimed, I about hurt myself getting an e-mail off. I'm thinking that this might well become the single most used of my big blades. Kitchen duty, camp knife, skinner, splitter, what have you...oh yeah, no wall-hanger here, this thing is begging to be used.

Washington above Oregon here, or that other place they should fence and turn into a prison.

I'm over on the Wet Side, listening to the rain come down, drinking some of Scotlands finest and fighting my cat for control of the keyboard.

As far as DC is concerned, you're a kinder man than I am...'nuff said.

Because, y'know, I don't want to get banned and investigated and arrested and forced to sit through a sham trial and executed for saying what I really think about politicians and politics.

Besides, Aunty would stop sending me big shiny sharp things.

So I won't.

I'm just gonna join the Vlad Tepesh for President 2016 campaign.

I like the way he gets his point across to his opponents.;)

She was a might wet in these parts today. Thought about trading my van in for an ark for the road home. Felt like Bill Muncey. I think about him a lot as I pass his brothers house everyday on the way to work.

Me don't talk politics here ever.
