TiSpine Elmax at 59-60 HRC vs. Blackwater Aculus Elmax at 61 HRC

What kind of performance increase could be expected from the HRC increase in Uddeholm's ELMAX? The TiSpine's advertised HRC is 59-60, vs. the Blackwater Aculus advertised HRC at 61.

Higher Rc = better edge retention, possible decrease in toughness.
Elmax is pretty corrossion resistant, so I wouldn't think a huge difference in that area. Hard to say, just thinking out loud.
