TiSpine Questions

Hey, all!

I've got two questions regarding the grey matte-finished TiSpine.

1. Are grey TiSpines anodized? Specifically the matte one? Or are they in their natural, titanium color?
2. How can I reassemble and disassemble the knife? It seems rather tough, on account of the solid handle. I've looked at past threads and I've only found solutions regarding using a piece of wood jammed into the blade pivot hole to hold the washers in place.

I reassembled my sr2 using rolled up paper I cut to size. Much easier than making something out of wood.

I did bend a washer before I figured that out though.
 
i put one washer in and then the pivot, just enough to hold the washer. slide the blade in and line it up with the pivot. slide the pivot further, into the blade. then place second washer on the blade and use a feeler gauge to slide it into place.
