Does anyone have any information on this Buck 110. Buck Lockback XLT-Ti Crystal Titamium Handle.

boy...you had me going for a minute there....I was thinking "titanium blade"....yikes!

Is this what you're looking for?

Yes that is the knife I was looking for. Is the handle really Titamium or is it something else with a Titamium color or finish?

Thankyou pendentive

The Buck 560 is listed as Titanium handle and comes in a silver, gold and dark grey or black color that I know of. Very similiar to the Buck 110 finger grooved but quite a bit lighter in weight.

Having the 560 equipped with the BG42 blade makes it the Buckbenza ™ then

Do a search on that word and you´ll find some inpressive pics

Bought one of these Ti. Bucks for old times sake.
I was so impressed I bought a second one for my child!
He or She will be born in six weeks time or thereabouts!!
When they are old enough to appreciate a real knife they will receive this Buck knife.I wish I'd had me for a Dad!! :)

Thanks guys was doing a search on the 560 to see what others thought about this model. Well that closes the deal...I'm off to order!

Daniel - Thanks for the link they still have supplies left and was the cheapest I've found so far. (I'll do one last search for S&G)

Musashi - Glad to see I wasn't the only new father to go and buy a knife for their new born. My son's knife will be a 110 from the Shoppe. Belated congrats on the birth of your child. Boy or girl?

Thanks again to all for your input

I agree w/ golok. The 560 really grows on you after a while. I got the bg-42 blade about a year ago. Great, fast service in a little over 10 days and Joe Houser couldn't have been more helpful about helping decide which replacement blade to get.

I find myself carrying it more and more even though I prefer pocket clips to sheath or pocket carry. For a $25 + $35 blade change investment, I couldn't have made a better choice. It blows away other knives that are much more expensive in functionality, toughness, and all around usefulness.

Whoa Dude! That's gross. First you'd have to travel back in time...

See if ya can find one of the originals,Buck Model 186 Titanium Pocket Knife Model 186 catalog 1368 made in the 1980’s by Buck is no longer being made. Blade is 4 inches long 3/12 inche cutting length and is 8 5/8 inches long in total.

These are truly the best, take down construction, removeable pocket/belt clip. :D

For those who want to know, my mother is a very nice lady and I have received a near clone of my self from my darling wife!
My little boy is the best thing I've ever held, and will deserve his Buck Knife when he's old enough for a full size folder.
In the mean time those small Buck folders I got with deer and pheasant on might teach him how to handle and respect a knife when he's mature enough for a "starter"
Unless he's like me, a cut hand taught best! :(
