It has been 11 months since my Titan Defender grew legs and left for New Jersey. I've put it out of my mind the best I could, but still get mad when I think about it. Today I contacted my knife dealer and had him to go ahead and order me a replacement. Though this knife is fairly costly, I love the design and the thickness of the overall knife for it being a smaller length knife. As my last was, this knife will be carried, and put to work on the brutal tasks of letter opening, cutting newspaper to check the edge, cutting string, cutting paracord, and such other tasks as those. I am demanding on my knives!!:D;):)

I guess I forgot - did you return it to a vendor, or did it actually 'take a walk'???

I was saddened by the quality of the 'Titan Liteweight Defender' I found locally - and the ones others reported. My Haddock and Titan Worker are excellent - hard to believe they were from the same company.

Stainz

Hey Stainz. No, it was stolen by a next door neighbor that was leaving that day for New Jersey. The lightweight Defender I had was of good quality. What was amiss with yours?

My TDL was of poor f and f also, as Stainz and i have written about. I am still a huge fan of Bokers damascus knives. My TDL was a low # as was Stainz, ninety something. Hope you have many years of good use with your new titan. cheers, Kris
