Since corrosion is my primary concern, titanium and ceramic would be the best options.

Maddog and Mission knives look promising but I cannot seem to find these for sale. What other brands carry a variety of knives made of titanium or ceramic? ( aside from kitchen knives - :D )

Yup, still being make by Boker among others.

Here is one of there knives with a blade made of a combination of titanium and ceramic. I would like to read a review.

Here is a folder with a ceramic blade.

Go to the Boker website to the "On-Line Shop" and open the "Ceratitan" folding knives window. There are several different models.

Don't mean to change your thread, but if you don't have luck finding what you want, try Spyderco Salt series. H1 steel that is in my limited experience corrosion proof and according to others in more extreme climates, incredibly corrosion proof. I have a Pacific Salt serrated, and it really won't rust, and its a good cutter too.

The Spyderco is a good idea. Ceramic is extremely brittle and titanium will not hold the sharp edge that steel can.

I have a Mission Knife & Tool, MPF 1, the all titanium version. It is the drop point & partially serrated version. I LOVE this knife!! Mission's website isn't up yet though.

I have two boker infinity's and a helios ceratitan.

the infinity is good stuff, but brittle, if you chip the edge it acts like a serration. stays sharp for a long time.

the helios' handle makes me want to puke, but the blade is excellent and more robust than the infinity. it likes a toothy edge. I would go for the lambda, ceratitan with the infinity handle.
