Titanium Buck 110 Frame with Ironwood

What makes you think they are fake?
They are in the "Prior to hand finishing" picture, both before and after machining for the covers?
Those at the pivot end are flush with the bolsters on both sides. Presuming the blade pivots in the screw, the screw head on one side would be above the bolster by whatever the thickness of the tang is?

I still like the knife, and if I were wealthy enough, I'd get one when you go into full production. :)

(FWIW a standard production 110 is outside my budget for the foreseeable yet to happen.)

Huh? Why would the screw head need to be proud of the bolster on one side?

O.B.

The screw shank on a double headed "Chicago" type screw is longer on one side for the blade to pivot on.

I have some 10mm Chicago screws. The unthreaded on the outside shank is 10mm long. The threaded on the outside shank that screws into the 10mm side is roughly 4mm long.

EDIT:
Sorry, I didn't realize I needed to specify that the assembled size of the Chicago screws is 10mm.

Still if sized right, will be flush on both sides when assembled.

What steel are the blades made from? I’d be interested in a S35vn or a premium type steel.

The bolts have been semi countersunk, enough to stop the head from snagging on string etc. and not enough that they act as a bumper for the wood scales when set down on something.
Maybe the picture angle doesn't show that.
If you prefer them flush, that's an option. I prefer them exposed.
I have the older Black DLC S30v and the newer black coated S30v which is a different coating, that I'm not sure it's composition but it isn't as dark.
This one weights 5.2 oz and the last standard production 110 I weighed was 7.3 oz
