Titanium Finishing

I have my M16-13T handles which I had previously flame anodized I liked it but I wanted to make it better (and minus the fingerprints) so I stripped it down, but not before I decided to see what happens when you have titanium in vinegar one side was the anode and the other the cathode little did I think that the anode will actually corrode  :( so I am left with 1 side of my knife with a fine sanded finish (well not good but its pure titanium) the other side on the other hand has pretty gnarly pitting, I will be sanding it down a bunch, but what are my options for finishing it? I was thinking maybe giving it a medium brushed look with my dremel then polishing that lightly giving me a semi polished brushed look, then anodize, but my main concern is getting the pits out so far I haven't gotten them out at all. Anyone have more experience with titanium pitting?

Honestly ? I would have done the same to the other side then heat anodized it , I would think the pitting would make for an interesting look as long as you made it look like it was on purpose , sort of a ancient/radioactive look , if that makes any sense.

I think your going to have one hell of a time getting those pits out.

Well the pitting was complete with external corrosion, my main issue was to remove the corrosion on the surface which reviled pits in the actual titanium. Anyone know where I can get sandblasting done in Socal?
