I also thought the Manx was titanium but when I checked the Nemesis website it says it's aluminum.
The framelock side is Ti....the other aluminum.
Yup, I was wrong. I just noticed they list the handle scale and lock separately. I think I'm going to pick one up in the exchange right now!
For what it's worth I own many knives but would be hard pressed to say that any of them are "better" in any meaningful way than the Sage 2. I briefly owned a small Sebenza and sold it because I greatly preferred the Sage, regardless of price (heresy, I know).
Not under, but right at the $140-something mark is the new Boker Federal. I'm playing with mine right now. Nice and smooth. I've seen a couple on the exchange already too. Definately worth a look if you like GTC's designs.
I just got mine (Federal/GTC) in the mail today and yes, it is a very interesting design. Refreshingly so. Liking it so far.![]()
