Titanium Folders Under $140

Spyderco Sage 2 is around that price range.

Boker Albatros.

Boker Epicenter.

Boker Manaro.

I have never owned a Boker, but I've had my Eye on the Manaro for a while now.

if you check out the for sale by individuals part of the forum, you may find a ZT550 for that.....I have found a few for just under.
 
Keep an eye on the exchange. Sometimes "carried but never used" examples come up for much less than they were new. Picked up my 760LFTi here for $125 and it had 2 scratches on the blade. Got a Boker Haddock in NIB condition for $120. Good luck!
 
For what it's worth I own many knives but would be hard pressed to say that any of them are "better" in any meaningful way than the Sage 2. I briefly owned a small Sebenza and sold it because I greatly preferred the Sage, regardless of price (heresy, I know).

I love my Sage 2. I don't subject it to anything too harsh but it's fantastic for daily carry at the office.
 
A.G. Russell's Gentleman's Frame Lock. Full Ti, 3" VG-10 hollow ground blade, Flipper, 2 clips (one deep carry), 3 ounces and a Hinderer lock stop. Brand new from AG for $125. There's a current thread about it here.
 
I just got an other Gen 2 ZT 0550 for $130 new in box. If you don't have one you need one.

The Sage 2 is also a great choice.

The S-2 CRKT still pops up from time to time.

Kershaw Sapphire has TI scales and is FFG and can be had for about $60 or less if you watch the bay.

Not under, but right at the $140-something mark is the new Boker Federal. I'm playing with mine right now. Nice and smooth. I've seen a couple on the exchange already too. Definately worth a look if you like GTC's designs.

I just got mine (Federal/GTC) in the mail today and yes, it is a very interesting design. Refreshingly so. Liking it so far. :D

Not to get side tracked but mine also came in today. Only played with it a little so far but it certainly is a smooth folder. The design is sleek for being so... Robust. As you say, liking it so far. For sure.
