titanium lined slippies

Hmmmm, I like that and Titanium can have good grip all by itself.

A. G. Russell's Ultimate Pen Knife is a slippy with just the Titanium slabs as liners, no scales, or some with chunks of natural material. I don't notice any issues with galling. It opens nice and smooth.
 
Are there any issues with galling on the surfaces that rub the blade tang?

That does seem like a very valid concern though. All of the knives I have with titanium slabs have bronze washers between the blade and slabs.

Thinking about how titanium lock bars on modern framelocks LOVE to glue themselves to the tang of the blades, I can't see how titanium wouldn't gall somewhat.
