Guys one of my most sought after knifes just arrived last Friday. The Titanium Lum Tanto!
When it arrived I noticed the handle had quite a bit of scratches on the Titanium (I did purchase it "used" off ebay, but the knife blade has its factory edge with no marks at all :)). But it does not matter I do plan to "occasional" EDC it. I just wanted to mention that I tried searching on the web for removing scratches from Titanium and really only found input for watch bracelets.
What I did end up trying was the glass polish for Glass flat top ovens. I must say it did an amazing job for removing most of the scratches even deeper ones. I placed some on a dish sponge and just did circular motions around the marks and then over the whole handle. I will try more later on but it really looks great now.
I thought I would just pass on a method I tried with some products I think most of us have in the house, and sucessfully removed marks in Titanium.

Regards
Andrew

sand flex pads work like erasers on titanium. thanks for the glass polish tip.

Does that remove the bead blasted finish as well?

Bead blasted finishes are basically a peaks and valleys, think of mountain ranges. When you sNd something, you level it out, so yes, it would remove the original finish. That is what the scratches are to begin with, the flattening of the peaks and valleys.
