* If you have a problem posting pictures, there is a Quick & Dirty tutorial at Photobucket For Dummies. If you don't have a digital camera, but do have a scanner, lay your knife on the glass and throw a light colored towel/t-shirt/cloth over it and scan it. Save the pic, and follow the above instructions for posting pics.

**Please be considerate of those who must pay for bandwidth - post thumbnails of your pics. Instructions are in the Photobucket For Dummies tutorial.

*** If you are getting a blank screen (no hits) when using the Search function, follow these instructions courtesy of Cougar Allen [paraphrased] -

Click on "Search This Forum" (in the Forum you want searched); then click "Advanced Search"; select "Search Titles Only"; and put your subject in the keyword field. If you search all of Bladeforums for every occurrence of the subject that will overload the search function and you'll get no results, but if you follow these directions you'll find what you want.

I'm afraid that (except for all the emails you will be receiving from this post) the only reliable estimator of value is the eBay "completed auctions"...

one half millieon samaker roos !!!
and one cookie more is too much

150 to 200 is a good range ...
i have seen in the past year some for less
and of late a bidding war of two commited buyers were
it went over 350 but that is an oddity as it was off in the wrong place behind other old stock and had no handling marks at all as so many have being fromerly new in display and handled ... many NEW knives get sold in the wrong box and with the wrong 'stuff' in them and some times even buck put the 'wrong' stuff in the box like a 426 sheath insead of a corredt 560 one or one with the wrong color on the front as it did change in some years ... even one that is NIB can have the wrong new stuff with it ...
and one that has been handled enugh to jest have minor opening and closing marks at the blade povit will not comand that investment to the top .5% of collectors...

as i noted that some one added a thumb down on the title box ...i was jokeing around as i view this as also a place to have fun... again some one can not take a joke ...
enjoy and stick around ! :D

I'm thinking that since it is a complete set...box, papers, parts, yada, yada...it would go for the low-mid 200 range. The ones that I have seen for less than $200 are usually not complete or worn down.

I am guessing that Sharkbit has a few nibbles on this already.
Sharbit!!! Where are you???

I'd buy one of those Rambo toothpicks if it was in decent condition for about that price.
Guess I should set up an e-bay alert for one.

The decision now, however, is wondering if I should get one or two of the recent knives in the BCCI newsletter.

that is easy jest least one
they are not a edc type of blade
will be very hard to sharp
as very thick edge balde
is a for show knife
as no one seems to care
the proto is the same balde as what was in the 1997 liner locks!!!
now as to if the spear point is going to be used or not i dont know
and i would realy like to know if the issue will be spear point or not!!!!
